1. What is your supplying?
    Chinatruckproparts mainly supply the marine engines, marine gearboxes, generators and marine stern shaft and propeller and parts etc. Regarding the marine engines with power 50-2000KW, they can used for marine propulsion engines and aux. Engines, we only do China top one brand and International brand such as Sinotruk, weichai, Cummins marine engines and Deutz marine engines etc.
  2. What is the sample policy?
    Actually as you known, our products are the heavy big products, the free samples are not available, but if you want we send you the sample, we could send you one by the wholeselling price, the base is your are in marine field for more than 20 years, and supply recent three years annual amount, and indicate your customers number and area, then we try to send you the products by our cost.
    But if for some small parts such as gaskets, oil sealing, bolts, we could supply you two pieces for free, please kindly bear the international shipping charges.
  3. What is the payment term?
    We have three terms used popularly that are
    1). 100% T/T in advance
    2). 30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T before shipment.
    3). Irrevocable L/C at sight
    Other terms are also available, such as pay by western union, visa, credit card etc.
  4. How does control products quality?
    We insists on pursuing better quality for several years in the marine field. From the material purchasing to products packing, we are trying the best. We use the best quality of materials, which are bought from official company. We have three the quality control departments to responsible for the parts, engine and gearboxes, and generators etc. They control nearly each parts before producing, assembling, packing and dispatching.
    5.How about the delivery time?
    1). stock products: about 10 days
    2). Production order: about 15 days to 60 days according to the order list.
    3). Other requirements are negotiable.
  5. how about the packing?
    Such as the engines, gearbox, generator and pumps etc, we usually by wooden cases, stern shaft if by container will be together, if by LCL shipment, will be well packaged by plastci and with a steel support to fixed, the propeller usually be steel frame, and for the big parts, such as crane etc. we will make a base then as shipping company requirments to package and ship.
    7, How is the products quality warranty?
    –Marine engines with three years quality warranty or 3000 working hours, whichever comes first.
    –Gearboxes with three years quality warranty.
    A, For small parts: buyer takes pictures email seller for check and inspect, according to the actual to discuss and compensate.
    B, For bigger parts: firstly need the buyer take the engine nameplate picture email seller to confirm.All the questions, the seller will feedback within 2-5 hours.

Normally, we pack our goods with wooden cases. If you have special requirements, please mention that in advance. Three main packing method:

1. Domestic packing for Chinese market.

2. Standard export package (from inside to outside): oiled paper, boxes, cartons, (and wooden pallets).

3. Customized package.

The normal package is waterproof membrane, plywood box or carton. If container is too tigher, we will use pe film for packing or pack them according to customers special request. We have cooperated forwarders on long term basis, can get special discount from DHL for air order and also from many shipping lines for sea order. Customer forwarder also accepted.

6 months after B/L date. Exclusive and unique solution can be provide to our customer by our well-trained and professional engineers and staffs.
Shipment
We have cooperated forwarders on long term basis, can get special discount from DHL for air order and also from many shipping lines for sea order. Customer forwarder also accepted.

Truck Warranty

1.Purpose of Quality Warranty
According to the Administration of Automobile Brand Sales Implementing Procedures, quality warranty aims to further improve the product warranty, to realize the brand management and service, to improve the service network construction, and to maximize the customer value.
2.Scope of Quality Warranty
The warranty applies to the vehicles manufactured by CNHTC(SINOTRUK) and the subordinate producers.
3. Warranty Contents and Regulations
3.1 The warranty period refers to the period in which supplier shall provide free exchanges of corresponding parts for users as a result of any malfunction or damage caused by design, manufacturing, assembly and materials under regulated usage condition and within the service span to guarantee the normal working of the vehicle.
3.2 Warranty policy is only applicable to users who adhere to the SINOTRUK(CNHTC) operation instruction and warranty card, or the warranty right is deemed to be abandoned automatically.
3.3 CNHTC(SINOTRUK) only provides warranty for vehicle or underpan (including the refitted vehicles produced by appointed refitting SINOTRUK factory) exclusively.
3.4 In cases that any damage caused by serious overloading, or forced operation regardless of potential accidents, CNHTC(SINOTRUK) will not provide the warranty services.
3.5 Cases that damage causes can not be analyzed or identified as a result of unauthorized disassembly, exchange or maintenance by units or individual other than CNHTC(SINOTRUK) after-sale service departments, CNHTC(SINOTRUK) will not provide the warranty services.
3.6 Normal Wear and Tear Parts:
Damages of brake shoe lining, brake and clutch driven plate caused by burning and abrasion;
Consumption of wearing parts: light bulbs, fuses, wiper blade, a/filter, lens, etc.
Oil and Liquid: Lubricating oil, cooling fluid, battery fluid, cooling liquid, clutch oil etc.
3.7 In case that mileage could not be identified as a result of the odometer or control system malfunction, accumulative count would be made as follows:
Actual Mileage: Since the date of purchase, highway transport vehicles calculated as 400 km a day, other vehicles calculated as 200 kilometers a day.
3.8 The user must carry on the maintenance for the first time when CNHTC(SINOTRUK) production series vehicles have reached a range between 2000-4000 km. After the first maintenance, vehicles must be maintained in a timely manner per 10000 km (about 5000 kilometers for off-roading using vehicles). Malfunctions due to the lack of maintenance will not be warranted.
3.9 When engaged in welding for the car parts, power supply (battery cables) must be cut off. Otherwise, the resulting damages of all electrical appliances will not be warranted.
4 The complete truck warranty
4.1 For SINOTRUK tractor series or other road using trucks series including the brand HOWO , HOWO A7 , HOHAN , HOKA , GOLDEN PRINCE ect., one year or 100,000 km from the date of shipment whichever comes first;
4.2 For tipper or other off-road using trucks including the brand HOWO , HOWO A7 , HOHAN , HOKA , GOLDEN PRINCE ect, half of one year or 60 000 km from the date of shipment whichever comes first;
The Seller shall supply the Buyer claim parts to country side of buyer under CNHTC quality control system, but the local charges and customs duties shall be undertaken by the Buyer.
